+ How do I choose which Royal Restroom unit(s) I need for my upcoming event?

Industry standards recommends 100 people per stall for an event which lasts up to 6 hours. This recommendation changes depending upon how much food and beverages are being consumed during your event.

+ When will the unit(s) be delivered?

Our staff will contact you to setup a delivery time about a week before your scheduled event. Special deliveries and pickups may be set upon request. There may be an additional charge for this service.

+ Does someone need to be available when the restroom(s) are delivered?

Yes. Setups require a contact on site for proper placement as well as a quick demonstration of how to operate certain aspects of the restroom or shower unit.

+ What areas do you service?

Royal Restrooms of Alabama is proud to serve Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, as well as some sections in the panhandle of Florida! We are a Nationwide company that works closely with our other locations so if the Alabama office cannot meet your needs, we can reach out to our other offices to help accommodate your next event.

+ Where can the unit(s) be placed?

Our drivers are trained to place the restroom trailers almost anywhere. We highly recommend a level ground with access that is not obstructed with low hanging branches, power lines or fencing. We can provide you with detailed information upon request outlining floor plans and specific dimensions for each trailer, but as a quick reference they typically are as follows:

  • Height: 10.5 to 12 feet tall
  • Length: 14 to 32 feet long
  • Width: 8 to 16 feet wide

Safety is always our #1 concern, so a location will be chosen where the guests can see and access the trailer safely and easily without taking away from the events appearance.

For long-term rentals, the placement area is very important for servicing. A service truck must be able to access the drain valve on the front of the trailer(s).

+ What exactly is included in the quote proposal?

For ease and peace of mind, we provide our clients quotes that outline exactly what we charge. This can include but is not limited to delivery, setup, pickup, waste removal, taxes, merchant service fees and extra toiletries. Delivery, setup and pickup prices may vary depending upon your location.

Additional fees may be applied for:

  • Water and power, if we must provide it.
  • Attendant, if requested.

Additional fees for long-term rental may include:

  • Water and power, if we must provide it.
  • Scheduled cleaning.
  • Scheduled waste disposal service.
  • Additional service calls.

+ Do you provide the plastic porta-potty boxes?

No. Royal Restrooms specializes in providing upscale mobile executive restroom and shower trailers. We do, however, work closely with locally owned and trusted small businesses around the Southeast that provide them. If you are seeking to rent a porta-potty along side one of our restrooms or shower trailers, we are more than happy to assist in setting up arrangements for both.

+ Do you provide showers?

Yes! Most of our shower units are installed with a toilet, sink and a shower in each private stall. For more information regarding shower trailers, please contact our office at (334) 430-3313.

+ I see that Royal Restrooms require connections to water and an electrical receptacle. What if these are not available at my event site?

No worries! We can easily provide water and a generator for electrical power. Just let us know your requirements and we can include them in your quote.

Our units require a 110v/20amp 3 prong dedicated electrical receptacle for the A/C and lights as well as a standard water spigot so that a garden hose can be connected and supplied water to the restroom or shower.

+ Are Royal Restrooms climate controlled?

Yes! The restroom and shower units are equipped with heating and air-conditioning which can be adjusted for the comfort of both you and your guests.

+ Are Royal Restrooms handicapped accessible?

We offer restroom and shower units that are specifically designed for handicap accessibility. They have an easy access ramp, spacious interior and are fully ADA compliant. For more information regarding these units please contact our office at (334) 430-3313.

+ Can you provide an attendant for my event?

Yes. We recommend an attendant for VIP or multi-day events where the unit may require extra attention due to the volume or exclusivity of guests in attendance. The standard rate is $325 per person for an 8 hour event.

+ How and when do I reserve a Royal Restroom trailer(s)?

It it always best to reserve your unit as soon as you decide that you need one. The availability of these trailers are a first come, first serve basis.

Royal Restroom trailers are always in high demand year around and are booked well in advance. These trailers can go from event to event with very little down time. We do have the capability to mobilize for last minute or emergency events. However, this is dependent upon availability.

We take reservations up to 2 years in advance which is easily secured with a check (preferred) or credit card deposit.

All quotes are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

+ What is your policy regarding rescheduling and cancellations?

All rescheduling is subject to availability. Royal Restrooms will reschedule any reservation if notified before 30 days out from the date of the event for no additional charge. If rescheduling is 7-29 days from the date of the event, Royal Restrooms will reschedule for a $75.00 fee. For rescheduling 7 days or less from the date of the event, there is a $150.00 fee.

Royal Restrooms will cancel any reservations and return all money paid minus $75.00 if cancelled within 30 days or more of the date of the event. If cancellation is 7-29 days from the date of the event, Royal Restrooms will refund 50% of the total cost. No refund is available for cancellations 7 days or less from the date of the event.
