Royal Restrooms ADA +2 trailers conform to all applicable portions of the ADA Accessibility Guidelines. These trailers can be combined with additional trailers to serve large events or business remodels requiring restroom facilities that need to meet ADAAG requirements. The ADA +2 features one men’s restroom equipped with a sink with a metered faucet, vanity, toilet and urinal. The women’s restroom includes a sink with a metered faucet, vanity and toilet. The unisex ADA compliant restroom is equipped with a spacious interior, sink and toilet.

The unique design of Royal Restrooms gives them the mobility to go virtually anywhere. Our ADA +2 mobile executive restroom trailers are completely self-contained and are operable using a 110 volt dedicated electrical receptacle or a generator for the lights, A/C or heat. Water is supplied by a spigot and garden hose or by utilizing the 100 gallon on-board fresh water holding tank. The ADA +2 is equipped with a 300 gallon waste holding tank that is good for 750 uses before full.
